We provide efficient and safe moving labor. Disassembly and assembly of furnishings is always at the discretion of the movers. Packing/Unpacking/Loading/Unloading Any supplies requested will be at an additional cost to the shipper. Heavy pianos and safes over 400# will be an additional $100 each.

Two people did show up to unload our truck as requested. I did not give a higher rating as I felt the communication between myself and the company was not as strong as what I would have hoped. My phone call to confirm before hand was answered with one word. There was a window of time for the workers to show up, they just appeared without answering my texts/phone call as to when they were coming. The high school student did more work then the adult who was certainly not in a hurry. We pitched in to make sure the truck got emptied quickly and efficiently. The system between the adult and high school student were not as efficient as it could have been. At the end there was no discussion of how things went by the person who called, he was only concerned that I signed that the job had been completed so that the money would be released.

No show. We were given a one hour arrival window (between 4 and 5 PM). Mike called at 4:50 to explain he was running late and would arrive at 5:30. Unfortunately, the condo building we were moving into requires you to reserve the freight elevator during a particular time period and arriving an hour and a half after we were hoping simply was not going to work for us. We originally hired additional help to assist with some larger, bulky items that my wife and I couldn't lift ourselves (sofa, bed, dresser, etc.). When loading the truck, we purposely placed these items last so they could be the first ones removed. A great strategy if your movers are timely. Not so much if you are waiting around for them. When I explained this to Mike, he became a bit combative. While he offered to still help, we had already began unloading these items ourselves due to his tardiness. Thus, eliminating the need for his assistance. Strangely, he then doubled down and still traveled to the job site and called me again - announcing that he was "perturbed" and would be fined $160 by Hire A Helper for his no-show. When I explained that was not my concern and perhaps he should honor his appointment time, he offered excuses and arguments - which I really wasn't in the mood for during a stressful out-of-state move. I generally don't expect much from movers but Mike went above and beyond in creating drama and disappointment. Well done!

They were 2 hours late, movers were ok But not very knowledgeable. The one man had his pants pulled down past his butt so could see his underwear and at times butr crack. When I showed Mike a picture. He told me tell him to pull them up. Hire professional looking help. In the end it all came in and the 3 gentlemen were very personable.
I fault the owner not the movers for all the problems. Would not hire them again.

After some miscommunication, the two workers that Mike sent did a fantastic job of moving our stuff and packing our pod. I would use them again.

Unfortunately, they did not show up to unload my POD. Nor did they call. I live in a gated community, and they were given the code to enter the complex (which they did). The apartment manager saw them and spoke with them, and they showed her that they had the information they needed to find me and contact me. The manager saw that they were apparently smoking weed and described them as "sketchy." It was a disastrous experience for me, and I will certainly never recommend them to anyone else.
