I’m so disappointed with the poor service I received. The movers were not careful at all, they dropped furniture and broke it, scratched walls and floors, and after they left I went upstairs to find that they left my bed in pieces and didn’t even put it together! I don’t own tools, so I had to pay someone to come put it together. I would never use this company again. For as much as I paid, it would have been better to cruise the Home Depot parking lot and get hard workers for less money. Also, when they packed my pod they didn’t provide blankets. The fine print said I needed to buy my own. I’ve never heard of such a thing. With a cross country move, I had other things on my mind besides reading every line (my fault, but that should have been discussed over the phone in my opinion), so most of my furniture was scratched and damaged. Just a horrible experience from start to finish.

I can’t begin to explain or convey how not only hard working TJ, Michael, and Bradley were, but they were caring and compassionate too! They knew I was in a pickle because those supposed to show up to help me didn’t. In desperation and tears I called for help, and these guys came racing to help me. I would HIGHLY recommend them. I can’t say thank you enough! The respect and concern they showed was wonderful and buoyed my spirits! Thank you guys - so very much!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
