The two guys who moved our furniture and boxes arrived on time and were friendly and efficient but could have handled our belongings more carefully. Our coffee table now has a huge and very visible scratch on top of it because of how it rubbed up against the metal carrier (worn by the movers to help carry larger furniture) as he carried it by himself down a flight of stairs.
The other issue was having a lot of our boxes and a piece of furniture come crashing down because of how our POD had been packed by the movers. The POD was placed on an incline, unfortunately, but I figured the movers might try to account for that. In hindsight, it would have been nice to assess the damage to the furniture and contents of the boxes that fell before stacking it all back in the pod again. At this point, we have no idea what is broken and just taking up storage space unnecessarily.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
