We selected this company based on good reviews even thought the pricing was higher than other recent moving services we have used (almost double). We assumed this would be a professional move because of that cost. The team only completed a very small fraction of the move. Bed rails, hardware, etc was not kept together, they were very slow and we ended up having to do the vast majority of the move ourselves. We needed a professional, motivated team and were very disappointed. Will not use again and do not recommend.

Excellent communication, very polite, showed up when they said they would, and I was able to book on Friday for a Sunday move! Extremely efficient, extra care was taken to maneuver through small door spaces without damaging the furniture or walls. I would absolutely use this company again and HIGHLY recommend to anyone looking for help moving heavy furniture around.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will give you a confirmation call the night before. On the day of the move, we will give you a call a little bit earlier in the morning just to make sure everything went swell with the truck pick-up. Then we will promptly meet you at your place of service.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
All boxes must be pack, and main furniture disassembled.
