My first experience ever to hire somebody to unload the truck and I am very very thankful. They contacted me twice and even came earlier than they should since I’ve arrived earlier than I thought I would.
They worked very professionally and did a great job???? Definitely saved their contact number for future and if somebody I know would need help.

Pluto Movers were wonderful, on time, worked their hearts out, great communication. Only wish they could travel over 300 miles to complete our move. Highly recommend them, and if the need arises, shall definitely hire them again.

We hired 2 movers for 4 hours starting at 8 in the morning, which cost me extra for the additional 2 hrs. They showed up 6 hours late after several phone calls related to broken down van and the times they would arrive. We had done a lot of the move ourselves by the time they arrived and had told them to just forget it at 1 pm. That's when we got a call from the owner who said he would send 3 guys, apologized and said he would refund us $200 for mistaken times, communication problems with his employees, issues with equipment-they ended up buying a new van! We got our refund within a week. The person in charge of the crew was very nice and apologetic but I didn't catch his name because I was busy. I give them 4 stars for good helpers once they arrived. 1 star deleted for being late. Great workers, followed through with promises. Would recommend now that they've updated with new transportation van for employees to get to jobs on time!

The crew arrived on time and worked very hard the entire time Non-Stop. Our pod was packed so neatly and tightly it almost looked like a Rubik's cube. The guys were not only polite but treated all of our stuff like it was their own and we're very careful. We would recommend these guys in a heartbeat!

They did a fantastic job, they worked through some problematic items and worked very hard. They were efficient with their time, courteous, and listened well to our instructions so everything went where we needed it. We wholeheartedly recommend them, they are the most professional movers we've ever used.

The Guys were on time and respectful. Loved being able to communicate with them over the phone. They had everything done in a timely manner even though I was in Florida while they loaded things in Jersey. Thank you so much for the work!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about these 4 men. They were on time, they were fast, they were careful of walls and doorways, they were very polite, and so strong! I had a lot of items to move, but they got it done really fast. They also moved my piano very carefully. I would hire them over and over again for any move I had.

Both the crew were very professional and honest in their job. They places all my items properly on trailer in staked manner. completed the task in quickest way.

FTM was great all around! I hired them for packing and loading a 16 ft PackRat container.
They communicated continuously! The office called confirming their scheduled appt in advance, then the crew called the day of the pack to estimate their arrival, then called enroute to update their ETA, and showed up exactly at the predicted time.
David Marston, the lead man, came with his assistant (who was his first day of the job) prepared to work, and was very knowledgeable and adept at properly wrapping the furniture pieces necessary. David was an expert at loading the container efficiently and compactly. I'm sure the contents will be in great shape on the receiving end!
I will have several additional containers to ship for my move, and I will definitely contact FTM to assist me with those.
