I am a navy spouse who had to move by myself, on the second floor. They arrived on time and started by helping me move the truck. They were kind, super helpful and all around great. Efficient and got all my furniture in with no damage. I highly recommend them!

Get a Move On was a blessing! Kevin kept in touch from the moment we hired them. They were very professional, they came in that morning, looked around, measured things, wrapped and protected our belongings and packed that trailer awesome. Nothing was broken and no space wasted. The guys were great and even came a bit early - unpacked the pod & set everything up right before Thanksgiving so I was in my own bed right before the big day. Really appreciate their hard work:)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

I will call to discuss your moving needs.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

A call in the morning and an experienced crew to pack/load/unload your belongings.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Since we are paid by the hour anything to make the job go quicker; break down beds, take shelves out of China Hutch, legs off tables, shades/ light bulbs from lamps etc. We have no problem doing all these things though.

What types of moves have you handled?

We have moved clients all over the country, done many office jobs, transported entire household or just a few things.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Meeting new people and seeing the stress leave customers faces after they realize we know what we are doing!

What training do you provide your crew members?

We take new crew members on jobs @ no extra cost and train them to be the best. We also have them watch multiple moving videos on YouTube.

Same Day Moves

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We refund up to one unused hour over our min..

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
