Dillon and Troy were a little late but in their defense, it was raining pretty hard and they got stuck in traffic. They definitely made up for it once they arrived. I was so impressed with how hard they worked yet were so careful with our stuff. They were there to load and unload and I can’t believe how smoothly and quickly the move was accomplished. They also were super friendly, respectful, and professional; I highly recommend their moving services.

We used Hire a Helper for our move in Colorado. Which they sub-contacted the job to Smart Move.
Smart Move set out 2 individuals that might have been 20 yrs old and of very small stature. None of this would matter or be mentioned except the two individuals were rookies very inexperienced and unable to lift average pieces of furniture without damaging one item specificaly, which was the most valuable. These two individuals needed continuous supervision and guidance on how to move furniture. I don't have issue paying the price that was agreed for the services that are expected. Smart Move in Colorado statated that they have never had a negative complaint indicted as though they couldn't be bothered with the information I was sharing. They started that they would get back to me the next day. That was 4 days ago and still nothing. Hire a Helper did offer a refund of 25% $75.00 for the damage to a $2000.00 sofa and poor service. If your moving out of Colorado consider someone other then Smart Move.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
