The crew was on time and courteous however that didn’t make up for the fact that the UPack was pack horribly with no sense of consideration for my belongings. A large portion of my items were damaged from the lack of care to placement of my household goods in the UPack. The crew should have been able to pack my whole home in the UPack with nonissue, however I was forced to sale, donate, or discard several items of value including a rather new grill, patio furniture, and front porch rocking chair. Upon the arrival of my UPack, the damage from the poor packing to the driving of the asset resulted in a very large portion of my items and furniture being damaged. Everything in the UPack was pack so poorly that everything fell over from the front to the back. There wasn’t anything standing as it should to include the crushing of goods from the weight of heavy items placed on top of light ones. The packing of my 82” TV was done so poorly that it sustained various damage that the moving company has stated they want warranty since they had to build the box which fell apart during the transit. I was lucky that the tv powered up and still has a good picture, but the exterior of the tv is now all scratched up. I would highly advise any person to steer clear of this company if you don’t have the time to micro-manage the operation from start to finish. If you trust they’ll perform the job well, you will be disappointed. I’ve moved a lot over 20 years of military service and this by far was the absolute worse experience I’ve ever been through.

The movers were courteous and helpful, they were willing to go above and beyond; however, they were not able to put our bedroom furniture together due to missing hardware. That being said, I would consider the services for future needs.

We are experienced in and ready to handle local moves, long-distance, residential, commercial, office, military, and jobs requiring 50+ movers. We handle nationally selected VIP moves.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part about being a mover is meeting new people everyday. Some of these relationships have lasted over 15 years!
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our training consists of live experience at our warehouse before going in our customers' homes.
