The movers that Jay scheduled did not show. I called Jay 1 hour after their scheduled arrival. He showed up personally with an assistant amd packed all of our belongings in the strorage container.

They were very nice young men. Expert at packing our pack rat! Only thing is they didn't have a dolly with them to move the refrigerator but used an old rickety one of ours. It worked tho! Good service. Thank you!!

I hired Jay's to pack a POD for a move out of state. The beginning stages went well, but an extra long sofa seemed to ruin the plan. The end result is reminiscent of the over-full pickup truck that you definitely don't want to be behind on the freeway. PODS recommends securing the load at each tie down point, and that clearly did not happen. Today, I painted out marks on the front door that matched the color of the sofa's legs. I hope it all makes it to Idaho in good shape.

These two young gentlemen were on time, were prepared for the job and knew exactly what they were doing because I did not have to say much. These guys worked very hard and completed the job within the 2-hour time period. Trust me, I'll use them again and will gladly recommend them to anyone.
