Jay's moving was a life saver! I hired another company a week prior but they never showed up. I called H-A-H at the last minute and they got me in touch with them and arrived within 45 minutes. If you run across these guys.....HIRE THEM!!!!!!!

The workers did a good job. They were polite and courteous and got the job done.
My only critique is that the company could use some professionalism. I had to call them the day before to ensure that they were coming, they did not have any sort of time frame on when they would be there, we ended up agreeing on 10am, by noon, no one was here and no phone call, they did finally arrive by 2pm (not a big deal as my job was very small, more annoying than anything).
I also had a couch/recliner that ended up getting destroyed in the process (no worries, as I had instructed them that I was planning on getting rid/donating it curbside).
Overall an ok job, I think they could communicate more with their customers.

"Philly" and Hymie were in all ways terrific! They packed everything from my daughter's Lg. Studio + Bath bungalow into a 7' POD, tight, full, and securely, in 90 minutes - and it was very challenging hilly location. Next job, I'll definitely want Philly.

These guys were on time and moved the entire contents into a 24 foot moving truck in record time. They even accommodated a last minute request to pick up furniture from a second location. This was not anticipated. All was done in the original time requested -- 2 hours. THANKS JAY'S MOVING SERVICES for the friendly respectful service you gave us --it really kept the stress down!!

Jay's moving was wonderful. After a last-minute cancellation from my mover the night before my move, I had Hire-A-Helper contact Jay's, who agreed to send to men over to the house. They were on time, personable and hard-working, prepared for the job with wrapping plastic, blankets for my nice wood pieces, and fast. They did a great job taking apart my bed, couches, and wrapping them correctly, taking care to protect everything that was being moved into the truck. They were respectful, super friendly, and yes, I'd use them again! Wilmur (and I believe Victor) were stellar! Thank you Jay's!
