The movers were absolutely incredible. They came on time, got right to work, and told my mom that they will handle her belongings “as if is was their own.” They worked non-stop, efficient, and packed the moving POD beautifully with plenty of room for our remaining furniture. Everything was moved with care and there was no damage to the property or any mess to clean up after the move. We couldn’t have lucked out with a better group of guys, especially for a first time hire through this website. I highly recommend Dan and the E&J Cleanouts and Moving team to anyone within the St. Louis area!

I was hesitant to hire movers but after talking with the company they left me feeling confident that their workers could do the job, and these guys were great! They brought all of the equipment we had asked for (plastic wrap, rope, dollies, and furniture blankets) and they were very careful in handling our items. They kept us in the loop about how the loading of the container was going and were respectful of our time and property. I would recommend this company to anyone!

Eric and his "Team" did an amazing job. I hired 4 helpers for 5 hours to load a 26' UHaul. They arrived at the exact time I had requested. 3 guys came (4th had to be sent on another job). I was given credit for the 4th helper and credit for 1/2 an hour as they got done before the 5 hours. They were awesome and very friendly. We ordered pizza for them for lunch, they ate in 20 minutes, and were right back on the job. If you don't use them for your next move you will be sorry. Will use them again if I need help moving. Will not disappoint!!!

Chris and Dan are a Great team! Showed up on time, quickly established a system to move our stuff efficiently out of our apartment, down the freight elevator and into the storage container. Did a very good job of loading container to ensure mimimum movement during transit.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our customers will get a call from one of our staff to confirm there details of their move and to introduce ourselves as the moving company that will be doing the move for them. We will make sure we help figure the absolute best route to help our customer be fully prepared move day to save them time and money on their move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
They can expect us to show up to there home or place that we are doing work at for them, to prove our 5 ?? services. The can feel confident that our company and the people that work for the company take great pride in the work they do. Our movers will be fully prepared and trained to all give 5 ?? services to them.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
There’s many things that can be done to help the move go smooth, safe, efficient which will help the cost of the move significantly. Having as many things properly labeled and boxed up as possible, in similar size boxes to help reduced boxes being damaged. Having the closes and properly paved surface/path for a truck or container to back into safely to load or unload customers contains. The less steps we take to get to the truck or container will sure help cut the time down.

We offer and have done all types of moves such as: RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL, LONG DISTANCE MOVING, LABOR ONLY SERVICES FOR LOADING CUSTOMERS TRUCKS OR PORTABLE CONTAINERS, IN-HOUSE MOVING, JUNK HAUL AWAY, FLAT RATE MOVES, PACKING SERVICES, PER PIECE MOVES, OVERSIZED PIECE MOVES.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of doing our job as a mover is the satisfaction of getting out there in society and helping all different types of people with their moving needs. We take a ton of satisfaction in helping our customers move their furniture and items they can’t move or don’t want to move. The other plus is that it’s a gym membership that you get paid to do which is a huge plus to us ????????
What training do you provide your crew members?
We put our guys through a very detailed orientation training process to help them fully understand the way E&J Moving likes to do things. We have a training course that goes into safety for themselves with how properly lift items and different ways to move furniture properly. We also have safety courses that go through measures we have in place to protect our customers dwelling and belongings. We also have our guys trained in how to efficiently, quickly and safely get through each move safe and efficient.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We refund up to one unused hour over our min..
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
