These guys were absolutely amazing—true troopers from start to finish. The concierge at our building only gave us a short 45-minute window with the service elevator, sandwiched between two other moving companies. After that, the team had to rely on hand carts and the slow, crowded public elevators (one even got stuck with a mover inside!). It turned what should’ve been a straightforward move into hours of extra work under tough, inconvenient conditions (not to mention on a very hot and humid day!). And yet, through it all, they stayed upbeat, hardworking, and determined to get the job done right. We are so grateful for their effort, patience, and positive “we’ve got this” attitude. They really went above and beyond for us. We truly appreciate Pro Movers Express, recommend them highly, and will use them again for our future move!

Cory and Edward came within the time window. They were MORE than prepared for the job as the door to my Pod was definitely stuck.
They arrived and somehow got the blue door open. They were my angels! They unpacked my Pod quickly and reassembled everything. They wouldn't even let me put a tv on one of the tables:-)
They were very respectful and helpful and I would definitely use them again.
Thank you Corey and Edward! (Edward packed up my Pods on Saturday and it was so nice to see a familiar face on Wednesday, unloading my Pod.)

Larry and Edward were amazing. As a single woman downsizing they were helpful , hardworking and definitely packed my Pod ,using every available space.They were so fast that I was running. Around looking for things for them to add in. They went above and beyond and made my anxiety about moving out disappear. And Larry kept in mind to leave me a little space to add In what I still needed to pack! Micah, who coordinated the entire process was so reassuring and calm..and kept me in the loop. It was a great experience ! Thank you Larry and Edward and Micah!!

My experience with Promovers was mixed and unfortunately leaned more on the disappointing side. The crew arrived on time and got the job done, but there were several issues throughout the day. The team argued among themselves quite a bit, which created a tense atmosphere and made the process feel unorganized. One mover spent a noticeable amount of time on his phone or standing around instead of helping, which slowed things down.
A few items were broken during the move. I understand that accidents can happen in the process, but I do believe more care and attention could have prevented some of the damage. The overall quality of the service didn’t meet my expectations.
That said, I did appreciate that the crew stayed a bit later to help with some last-minute tasks once they noticed I wasn’t fully satisfied. It was a helpful gesture, but unfortunately, it didn’t completely make up for the earlier issues.
I’m not sure I’d use this company again based on this experience.

We understand how unsettling it must have been to witness disorganization and a lack of focus during such an important day. We also regret that some of your belongings were damaged, even though they arrived in that condition from the container. Regardless, we believe every item should be handled with care and respect, especially when navigating a third-floor move.
