Were they on time? The crew leader and a few more were running a bit late by a few minutes. A couple of crew members got here earlier, rang the doorbell and asked for a walk-through.
Were they prepared for the job? Corey, the coordinator, appeared organized and seem to know what he was doing. A few years ago we moved the same household from California to Florida. That team took about 4 hours to wrap all our furniture from an 4-bedroom home and load it in the storage trailer. The Pro Movers Express team that we worked with took 8 hours. I saw crew members distracted by their phones, they took several breaks as they needed at various times throughout the day. Previous movers I have worked with had scheduled breaks and would notify the client.
Did they work hard? I had walked them through the house and asked them to wrap all the furniture and place the mattresses/ box springs in the bags provided. They were not consistently doing this and I had to repeatedly remind them. In fact, they forgot to place the king size boxspring in the bag. At one point, I was wrapping a chair myself with stretch wrap. They didn’t seem concerned that our furniture would get scratched. They appeared to work hard but not to the level that I had experienced with other movers. They were not thorough and left items in rooms that we had to remind them to load into the trailer.
Were they respectful of your property and goods? I think they tried to be respectful but was inconsistent with how our property was handled as we requested furniture to be wrapped and had to keep reminding them.
Would you use them again? No. They turned out inefficient and more expensive based on the time it took them to get their work done.

Two of the men were here early and got right to work! They all worked hard, were very respectful of both myself and my belongings.

Our job was to pack 4 bedrooms plus some things from our garage into a single, large POD (per POD's recommendation).
The two gents who did the work somehow made it all fit. By the time they were done, there was not one square foot of empty space in the POD.
They were courteous the entire time and only stopped working when we provided them some lunch.

The two workers were great. The problem is I hire 3 hours but the workers could only work 2 because they had another customer waiting after ther 2 hours.
I had to pay for 3 hours even if they did not fulfill the contract, and had to leave.
The workers were very good. The company they work for was not. I want my money back from not fulfilling the 3rd hour of work.
