One of the gentleman talk way too much. Kept inserting himself in conversation. Less talking and more working I’m confident they wouldn’t have exceed the allotted time frame.
His disrespectful and talks rudely. If didn’t need to be out of that location by weekend. I would’ve told them to leave. I will absolutely not use them again.

We have used pods many times. Our crew of Kyle and Devin were truly exemplary. I cannot believe how well they packed all of our stuff, I did not think it would all fit, and we actually had room left over. Could not have been 2 nicer guys. There’s a reason why you need to hire a professional, and this crew was it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. HireAHelper should not recommend PME to anyone. They need to review PME’s track record and reconsider booking them for future customers.
Our service was originally scheduled for 08/25/2025 at 10–11am, later changed with Cory to 12–1pm. At 12:50pm, Cory called saying the movers would arrive within an hour due to “weather.” We waited, no one showed up and no one called.
By 2:47pm, I called Cory, who said he’d have a mover call me.
At 3:04pm, he declined my call outright. Meanwhile, we were on a strict deadline with a guaranteed trailer pickup and drop off , and PME’s no-show caused serious issues.
At 3:05pm, I contacted HireAHelper. After a long hold, they told me the movers would arrive in 30 minutes. Still—nothing.
At 4:18pm, HireAHelper checked in again.
At 4:39pm, a mover named Rafael finally called, admitting he had just been assigned the job and was still picking up his crew.
The movers finally arrived at 5:17pm, five hours late. They started at 5:30pm, worked efficiently, and finished in about 3 hours (we had booked 4).
The most unprofessional part came at the end. Cory got back on the phone, saw I hadn’t added a tip, and decided to lecture me about tipping culture, after his company caused hours of stress, missed deadlines, and a failed truck pickup. His attitude was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional.
Bottom line: PME is unreliable, disorganized, and unprofessional. We lost both money and time because of their failure. HireAHelper should remove PME from their platform immediately.

Your time slot was rescheduled and communicated in advance. While delays are never ideal, weather-related disruptions are not within our control, and our team made every effort to keep you informed throughout the day.

Rafael’s assignment later in the day was a direct result of cascading delays from earlier jobs affected by the storm. While we acknowledge the inconvenience, the timeline you’ve described omits the broader context of regional disruption. Our dispatch team worked to secure a qualified crew as quickly as possible, and once onsite, they completed the job efficiently and under the booked time.
?? Packing & Damage Claims
We take packing standards seriously. If straps or blankets were underused, that’s a training issue we’ve already addressed internally. That said, damage claims should be submitted through the proper channels so they can be investigated and resolved. We encourage you to do so if you haven’t already.
?? Tipping Conversation
Regarding the tipping discussion: it was not a lecture, but a clarification. Our crews work hard, and tipping is customary in this industry. While it’s always optional, it’s also fair to acknowledge the effort of the team who completed your move under difficult conditions.
We stand by our commitment to professionalism and accountability. While this move didn’t meet your expectations, it’s important to separate operational delays caused by weather from accusations of negligence. We’re always open to constructive feedback—but we also believe in setting the record straight.
