The guys from Casper Movers were able to load and unload roughly 80% of my 3 bedroom home within 4 hours. We had 3 guys plus my two friends. All in all they did a great job.

My moving day started well, Casper Movers (CM) arrived on time and the lead mover was friendly and professional. I moved from a 3 bedroom apartment, with a den. Prior to their arrival, I spoke with CM and decided to change from 2 movers for 2 hrs to 3 movers for 3 hrs, on the recommendation of the lead CM. After the first hour I began to observe the movers were really moving slowly, my 3 hours quickly became 4, with no reason given by the lead CP guy. I asked how long to complete the project and I was told one more hour. At 5.5 hrs in I had to tell the team to just get the last big things in and I will move the small boxes myself. Surprisingly, it was done in 6 hours. After the movers left I realized the issues in the truck. The first 2/3 was packed very professionally, the last 1/3 was basically thrown in and I now realize that by me telling CP that the job needed to be done in 6 hrs, they basically went slow and then rushed through the final 1/2 hour. Nothing was wrapped or protected, the stuff which we told them to put on last was placed in the middle. The 4 bikes were basically thrown on top of everything and my expensive large screen TV was placed squarely against the door, so that any items that fell towards the door would fall directly on the TV. CM told me that I had to pay a $12 charge for a "special" rope to hold some items in place, this is without asking me first. This after we had to provide tape for them to secure the furniture wrapping, the work order stated that they did the cling wrapping but I really don't understand how movers can bring cling wrap but no tape. I spent an hour moving what I could around to protect the TV and bikes and I could not do much more due to me being by myself. The team I got to unload stated that the items further in were packed very well but the items close to the door was packed badly, which I had already observed. The funny thing is there was a lot of wasted space in the middle and almost no space at the end. I am not the type to complain and I will not go back to CP for the damaged furniture and bikes but as much as I liked talking to the movers, I cannot recommend their or your service to friends and family.
