Overall is good experience. Jamal arrived early , ensured us he can fit everything in the POD, and kept his words. He was experienced, efficient, and had a cool demeanor throughout the whole process which we deeply appreciated. He was extremely patient with his partner who’s still learning the rope. The company made a small error on calculating the bill but was quick to refund me after I later called them about it. I would use them again and recommend to friends.

Unfortunately, only 1 person (of the 2 supposed to show up) arrived. He was on time and a hard worker and completed the job within the 2 hours allotted.
However, while he handled the job moderately well and was a delight to work with, he carried furniture that should have been carried by 2 (such as a large sofa that had a piece of wood break off when he plopped it onto the dolly) and dropped a few boxes marked “Fragile”.
Since everything is in storage for about 3 months I won’t know the extent of the damage until it comes out of storage, and (of course) I don’t know if any damages wouldn’t have happened had the 2nd person shown, but while I would definitely hire the person who actually showed up, I would not use this company again because I would be concerned with their dependability.
