The movers showed up on time . They were very fast. They packed two containers very efficiently and properly balancing out the load. They tied up sections along the way as if it was there own property. They were very accommodating, polite and easy to work with. I would use them again.

Were early (good).

After leaving noticed some furniture and wall/floor damage.

Furniture damage could have happened in transit.

Wall/floor damage happened during unloading.

Q's was AMAZING, I loved them so much I used them again for a job I needed shortly after I moved. On time arrival, polite workers, they moved quickly and safely could not possibly ask for a better moving company. Even the office staff is wonderful! 5 starts highly recommend!

Hard-working, conscientious, and knowledgeable about their work. If you want extreme care and caution with your things, they are perfect. They took quite a long time wrapping up my furniture—perhaps more than necessary, as what I expected would take three hours ended up taking five.

I was very disappointed with these movers. At the end of the job, all was loaded into our mobile storage unit (a POD), but the day was not without its challenges:

1. They arrived 90 minutes late.
2. They insisted my husband and his 60 year old parents move items from apartment to elevator (just outside our apartment door) to speed things up. The reason we hired movers was so we didn't have to move furniture. My father-in-law was in pain for 3 days post-move because of all the heavy lifting.
3. After 3.5 hours (we paid for 4 hours) they tried to leave, before the job was complete. My husband had to insist and threaten to call their headquarters if they left early.

I raised all these issues to Hire a Helper and was given a slight discount on my services. However, I would happily pay full price to not have to deal with any of the 3 very avoidable mentioned issues. Very disappointed, especially after reading the other positive reviews.

They had a good attitude but they were a little careless with our belongings. A box of wine glasses was dropped in front of me resulting in a broken glass. While bringing in one of our bedroom dressers the wall was knicked. Overall they were very helpful in a miserable situation with PODS.

Had to file a police report after finding out we were robbed.
The company didn't even seem concerned reguarding our theft ...
On top of this the packers paid no attention to items and boxes marked fragile. My Christmas tree was crushed under heavy boxes and my pictures ended up with broken glass!!!
AWEFULL!!!

Upon arrival, we’ll unload, place items as requested, and complete a final walkthrough to ensure your satisfaction before finishing up.

To ensure a smooth move, we recommend packing and labeling all boxes in advance unless you’ve booked our packing services. Clear pathways in your home for easy access, secure any valuables or personal items you prefer to transport yourself, and confirm parking arrangements if needed.
