They were unprepared for the job and not skillful. They were unable to successfully complete the move of certain item. They did not know some basic things about moving, such as how to pop hinges on a door. There was damage to a piece of furniture.
All in all they were total amateurs when we were looking for and thought we were getting skilled movers. We are very unsatisfied and now have an unfinished job.

The two men who moved my stuff into the pod were very friendly, and appeared to be handling all of my belongings with care (we'll see when I unpack the pod). 2 issues were: the man who was in charge was basically badgering the guy who was with him - not managing him as a team leader would, but bossing him around and being rude to him. I also think they tried to scam me - they charged me for a whole role of shrink wrap but walked off with the large amount that was left, and also came back 20 minutes after finishing to claim they stayed over the scheduled 2 hours (they did not).
So the verdict is out until I see how my belongings have fared. But they were prompt and quick and nothing but polite to me, which counts for a lot.

The movers showed up about 5 minutes late. They stopped multiple times during the two hours they were contracted for to answer personal calls on their cell phones. There were multiple times they told me that some of my pieces of furniture wouldn't fit up the stairs, but minutes later my dad and I were able to get the furniture up. Although there were two movers only one carried things up. The job ended up running 30 minutes past our allotted time, which probably would not have been the case if both movers were carrying things up. Generally pleasant to work with but overall a negative experience.

Both young men were lovely, smart, and sensitive to the things we were concerned with. They called to see if we would be ready early, which we were not, and that was just fine. We needed them to load a van with a couch, dresser, and smaller items. They were both hard workers and it only took them one hour and the van was packed well - nothing shifted during our trip, which is what we worried about most, and nothing was damaged. The guys told us this was a summer gig for them, which is too bad as we'd have them back again in the fall. Communication issues with Q's were easy. Just as a side note, this experience was a huge contrast to the "big move" we had done a few weeks earlier, where only the foreman spoke English and was somewhat argumentative. Q's did a great job.
