arrived on time. Introduced them selves and promptly explained the procedure. They carefully removed the furniture and placed it in the extremely clean container as directed. Truly excellent. Arrived 10 minutes early. Were polite and respectful, listened to which pieces I felt were particularly valuable/fragile and packed accordingly. Extremely professional throughout. The name "Hire-a-helper" makes this sound a little like casual labour, but this could not be further from the truth: these were professional, experienced packers/movers.
