I was moving across country, from Colorado to Pennsylvania and although most of my property I was moving was in boxes, I didn't know how important is was to packing the truck. Your staff was so helpful and knowledgeable about how to pack the truck that when I unloaded, it was so much easier. Nothing moved, nothing damaged and everything went smoothly.

The second half of our move was a total disaster. We had four people booked for 9:00am, but they were double booked and nobody showed up until after 1:30pm, when only 2 people showed up. They were complaining about how tired they were from the morning move. Another person showed up 45 minutes later and the fourth person over an hour and a half later. They were all clearly exhausted and moving slowly.
They damaged our drywall in 3 places (nothing too bad, but did require repaid beyond touch up painting. They incorrectly assembled 2 beds (very obviously too) which I had to take apart and redo the following day
After 4 hours they were visibly tired and just decided they were done. They left with several pieces of furniture not put together, even though they had specifically been asked to do so.
Honestly, we felt bad for the crew, they were obviously over booked and totally wiped out. Very nice group of people, but we got stuck with bad service because management double booked them. We used Hire A Helper for both halves of our move. The first half was great, but this second half was so bad I question ever using them again.

After driving 7 hours from Nebraska to have movers ready when we arrived was perfect! They should up on time, were very professional and had everything unloaded within 2 hours. Money well spent! Highly recommend.
