The workers were on time, worked hard, and were very helpful. I used Ledoux twice; once to load the pods and then to unload the pods at our new house. I will recommend Ledoux to my brother and daughter that are both moving in 2019.

They were good but not great.
They were accommodating to the randomness and low-service of the freight trailer timing for delivery.
Poor in these areas:
1. Boxes that were clearly labeled an area of the house were placed in the garage or another area that was not correct. This meant we had to move items ourselves that were heavy/bulky into the correct areas.
2. Movers left large items unassembled: queen bed, kitchen table. Screws and other items were not placed with the matched furniture (examples: headboard, shelves in bookcases)
3. They left trailer truck open and long ramp out.

They did an excellent job. Finished in less than 3 hours. Wrapped and packed everything carefully and tied everything off in the POD to prevent movement! They were on time and very pleasant to work with! I highly recommend them and your service!
