Doug and Adam did an incredibly perfect and careful job unloading our entire home from two 26' Penske trucks! Ask for them for sure.

First they accidentally shoed up 11 hours before they were supposed to. Then, they called to say they would be 2 hours late, but showed up 2 and 1/2 hours late, without calling again. They were not very careful with doorways and floors. The only good thing they did was wrap some of my furniture, though some items still got damaged. After the loading, the front door would not close properly. One of the guys kept arguing with me that it was like that and it was the lock when it clearly was not. Bottom line is I DO NOT RECOMMEND THESE GUYS! If you care about your property and your furniture, look elsewhere.

- got there late - about 30+ minutes late. this set me back as I had a hard end time.
- they didn't tie down the load by the door - I had to readjust some things so that it didn't fall against the door to prevent me from opening it at my destination
- $200 charge to move an upright piano for a job you are already working is too much. I had to pay it to get it done, but it's too much because you already make me pay for an extra worker because of the piano.
Summary
- I would use them again. I'd watch over the loading process to make sure things were being secured. But overall they did a good job and did what I asked them to do.

J.C.Movers were the right choice! The team of Antoine and Izore were fantastic. They were punctual, and professional. Presented a business card and introduced themselves before they began by first looking over all the articles and boxes that were to be packed. I would use this company again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
