Arrived 90 minutes late, arguing about boxes....waited 2 hours more for boxes. I would not recommend this company to move anyone. Slow and uncoordinated

The crew was nice, arrived early and began the process of packing. They did a good job, but had no sense of urgency. there was much time spent chatting and not actually working yet I was charged an additional 45 min. for their services. So the actual packing was done well, but really could have been done in less than the original 3 hour scheduled time frame.

good workers. on time and ready to work. Would of gave them 5 starts but they did damage drywall and smashed wood trim by door. now i have to do repairs before we leave.

Not satisfied with attitude of folks came to help move household stuff into PODS. Started with negative comments like goods will not load into the PODS. Furniture was not wrapped well which caused some items exposed and damaged. Also found movers not efficient at work.

We're very courteous and helpful, however not everything fit into the pod. Pod door will not open, jammed by contents.

The gentlemen from JC Movers were great. They were a little late but that was due to traffic but once they got there and were given a tour, they got to work. We didn't have any furniture pads...they called their warehouse and they brought over three bundles - all three were used. I was very thankful they were able to arrange for the pads to be delivered to the house to be used. Antione, Vic, Kirk and Priestly were very professional, energetic and fun to have around. They each worked hard and were VERY respectful of the house, what was being moved and where it went in the POD container. I would recommend them again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
