Not the early bird squad. Job start time was 7-8am. Vincent and Antoinne arrived at 8:45am. They called at 7:30am to say there was traffic on 294 and they expected to arrive by 8:15. Everybody knows there is traffic on 294, hello this is Chicago. What upset me more than anything was their absolut disregard for the impact the delay would have on my schedule and absolutely zero apology. No ownership of any wrong doing, but they had excuses, traffic, accident, they were coming from Chicago, blah, blah, blah. When I made it clear their 20 percent tip was now 15 percent but if they could make up the time the tip would go back to 20 percent they both got down to work and were wonderful to work with. Very polite, very good at packing the POD and keeping me informed of fill status. And they finished in 3 hours and 15 minutes, although I was helping too. I paid a 20 percent tip for them to split. Nice guys who would benefit from some timeliness and accountability.

Antoine and Victor were great. They called and confirmed their arrival time, and worked until the job was complete. They handled our property with care, and were funny to boot. I would definitely recommend them.

Guys we had had worked hard all day and arrived at our place at 6:30 in the evening and cheerfully carried big heavy furniture up 2 double flights of stairs for 2 hours.
I think because of the layers of business involved, your company as well as the actaul moving company, the $304 fee was quite high. But we needed them on the spur of the moment and you provided, so we are happy.

They were awesome. My job was small but complicated-- it involved moving my belongings through tight areas and up/down stairs. Not only did they take the time to wrap up delicate things like my leather couch, but there was NOT ONE scuff or damage to any of my walls or floors. Truly impressive, and appreciated.
The truck was expertly packed. They brought their own equipment (hand trucks, etc), were on time, efficient, and finished within the time frame. The cost was in the middle range of other quotes (about $311 for two movers & two hours).... Worth every penny. I will be recommending them to anyone I know that needs help moving.

The crew worked hard the whole day. We had three trucks to fill. In the end everything arrived safely with nothing broken. Initially there were a few items that weren't stacked properly and two pieces of furniture ended up with small scratches. Nevertheless, we are quite satisfied with their work.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
