I'm definitely keeping these folks in mind for the future. They showed up within one-half hour of the proposed time frame window. And they took care to shrink wrap and/or use moving blankets as instructed. Also, they took their time and were very careful with our belongings. The only small negative point is that I believe they were slow and therefore, we were charged additional time. However, I'm not upset, as you can't put a price on safety and care, ultimately.

The guys were very friendly and respectful, but tired. They were over 2 hours late. I paid for 3 guys, one of which was a trainee (first day). His hands kept giving out on him and he wasn't able to lift heavy stuff. I don't think it is right to charge for a trainee. They also tipped furniture while moving it. I would have preferred to see them lift it upright or use a dolly. Lastly, they forgot a piece of furniture that I had pointed out twice. My understanding is that they'll make it right. if I were to use them again, I'd make sure I was the first job of the day.

I used JC Movers to pack my belongings for a move from Chivago to Boston. They were on time and worked very hard. I waited to do a review until I moved into my Boston home because I wanted to see if anything was damaged from incorrect packing. I'm very happy to say that none of my belongings was damaged and the care that the packers took in wrapping the furniture for the trip was outstanding. Remember to order extra pads for the move so there are enough to safely cover your furniture. I would recommend them to everyone.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
A followed up phone to introduce our Move Coordinator and an opportunity to discuss the details of the move and any special instructions on the date of service. We will also call the day before to confirm the order is still scheduled as planned.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our trained and skilled crew will follow up with an introduction call from the morning of the job to confirm all needed material and tools that are needed with and estimated arrival time. As well as 15 minutes before arriving the crew will call the customer so the customer is prepared for their arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please remove all items from the dresser drawers to avoid any values being misplaced or any fragile items being damaged. Have all boxes labeled and sealed (fragile, Kitchen, bob's room, etc.). Please have all pets confined to one area during the move. Please don't book a family outing or event on the same day as move day because unexpected situations occur beyond our control.

We have handled a variety type of moves from (loca, long distance, Office Moves, college moves, In-house moves, and evictions.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The opportunity to meet and greet new people from all walks of life such as different religions, corporate america, famous, etc. The ability to learn from each of them and open my mind to new things in life.
