John kept in touch with us while juggling other work projects, suggesting alternate times for assisting us that worked to our advantage. He and assistant John were on time and had the right equipment to help us unload two 16 ft. PODS in 3 1/2 hours, in high heat and humidity. The 1/2 hour was the extra time needed to completely unload the second POD and they offered to finish even though they had another job to go to. They worked tirelessly, were friendly, and were very respectful of our property where every box was usually marked "fragile." They brought 4 large furniture pieces into the house with ease. They were gracious when they put numerous pieces of furniture down on the garage floor so we could put felt on the bottom of those pieces that were going on hardwood floors. We highly recommend them and we would use them again if we have another move.

They worked hard, but only one of the three knew what he was doing. The other two were many times waiting for instructions. They misplaced the bolts for the bed in the master and after accusing us of losing them found them in a drawer where they had put them themselves. That extended the move even more, and of course increased the cost.

The team did a great job. They showed up on time, began work immediately, were well prepared and courteous. They were careful and respectful with our belongings and even with the heat they worked at a very steady pace to complete the job in a timely fashion. I would definitely consider them for any future needs.

I can not tell you how unhappy I am with this mover. They continued to set back the time from 9 yo 10 to after 12. They only had two rooms to move it took 3 hrs. Got angry when ask to put something in the truck and not respectful to last few items. Hi red them to put less stress on my daughter who has stage 4 cancer, that didn't happen she is left finishing up. I would never recommend this mover again.
