The movers were excellent. I had them come on two various occasions. The same team came both times and they were professional, helpful, and moved everything carefully. They called when they arrived and made our moving process simple. We were moving furniture to prepare for construction, and then they came back a week later to return the furniture to their original spots. I would use them again. The only downside is that even if you change the appointment with 24 hours, they will charge you for one hour of service (which is a high fee for 24 hours notice). Unfortunately, we had to move our time by one day because of the construction. But everything else was great.

I had a 2-person team to pack an 8-foot container for a partial move. They arrived well on time and did an excellent job fitting a large number of items into this very limited space. I would always use them again.

This is an out of town move for my father who suffers from Dementia. The team was so respectful, fast, and did such a great job. We had his unload scheduled through another company, and because they were so wonderful to deal with, we switched the second move to Rigo's as well.

This is a complex move as I am the coordinator and live in another state. They were so efficient with timelines and even went the extra mile to call the day before to confirm service and were very timely with their arrival window. If there was a higher than 5 stars, they definitely earned it!!

Although they showed up an hour and 40 minutes late due to being delayed at a previous customers job, (not their fault )they did an amazing job actually finished more than I expected in the two hours allotted. they. we’re very respectful and professional. Extremely prepared for the heavy lifting and the job at hand. The only thing that would’ve been better is if they spoke good English..

We had 2 people show up, they were very punctual. However only one person was competent and knew how to pack the container. We asked them to take all the boxes down first and then start packing the container once we had all the packages in one place. More than once The insisted that they had taken all the packages down when in fact they had not. My son had to stand there and tell them how to pack the container, even though it should have been obvious that the heavier, larger boxes should go on the bottom and smaller fragile boxes towards the top.

They aimed to bring down all boxes, noting that any missed were likely unfinished ones. With over seven years of experience, Javier and Juan usually pack efficiently as they have plenty of experience loading Pods. However, they adjusted the pod's loading based on your son's preferences, placing his instructions in high regard. We strive for client satisfaction and value your input to enhance our services. It was not good at all the broke my bed stuff things any kinda way left my things sitting also moved slow to get more money

Hello Alex, We apologize if our service did not meet your expectations. On the day of the move, I, Martha, recall there was significant miscommunication. When our movers arrived, you instructed them to take all your belongings to the storage facility. They began packing your furniture to ensure its security and prevent damages. However, you declined the use of packing materials, stating you did not want to pay extra, despite our movers explaining the risk of damage. As they continued loading, we called to check progress. You stopped them, while I was listening on the line, and instructed them to proceed to the storage facility sooner because the process was taking longer than expected. You confirmed this decision when asked. The movers then loaded the remaining items and went to the storage unit. Upon arrival, I called you to inform you, and you expressed confusion, asking why. I clarified that I had overheard your instructions for them to go directly to the facility. Our team waited about 10 minutes for you to arrive. When you showed them the storage unit, they informed you not everything would fit. You instructed them to fit what they could, and for the remaining items, you asked them to leave your furniture outside the unit because you did not want to pay for additional time.

The two movers came on time, and worked super efficiently and kindly. They were polite, strong and really knew how to use the space on my pod efficiently. They reworked my initial load with a different company, and were able to fit most of my stuff which the first company said no way of fitting...! Really appreciate their service and would recommend!

We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?

Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.

What training do you provide your crew members?

We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.

Next Day Moves

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

Refunding Unused Time

We do not refund for any unused time.

Extra Hours

We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.

Face coverings and gloves:
The health of our customers and employees is our top priority We provide Face Mask, Gloves, Hand Sanitizer and any other Safety equipment on every job., (always included, no fee)
Hand tools for assembly:
We provide basic Heavy Duty Tools, (always included, no fee)
Hand truck:
We provide a Heavy Duty Hand Truck, (always included, no fee)
Plastic wrap:
We provide plastic wrap for 2-3 furniture items, any additional plastic wrap used will be a $35.21 dollar charge., ($25.00/ea.)
Rope:
We always provide straps to load/unload (we will need them back or a fee will be applied), If is Load only we recommend you to ask about our packing materials prices., ($5.00/ea.)
