I have used Rigos before and they were wonderful. This experience wasn’t as good. They were very late ( hours late). The guys were very nice and respectful but the storage unit closed before they were unable to unload the truck. With that, they had to return the next day to the cost of $360. I had not expected this additional cost. I’m not sure if I would use them again. Mainly because of the additional cost.

Best moving company I hired! They were on time, efficient, helpful, took good care of what they moved for me.

This move was extremely disappointing and stressful. The movers arrived late with no prior notice, and I had to repeatedly contact the company just to get an ETA.
Once they arrived, I walked them through my single-bedroom home and clearly explained what needed to be moved, with the expectation that the job would be completed within four hours so I could return the rental truck on time. Despite this, the move took over five hours. Because of the delay, I had to pay for an extra day on the truck rental and additional labor time.
To avoid being charged even more, my wife, sisters, and I had to help with both loading and unloading. Even with customers assisting, the crew worked very slowly. The pricing did not feel fair given that we were doing a significant portion of the labor ourselves.
Overall, the lack of communication, late arrival, and extended timeline caused unnecessary additional costs. I am requesting a $100 refund to account for the delays and extra expenses caused by this move.
I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

Fernando and Memo knocked it out of the park. They communicated in advance and were right on-time. They hustled and were both fun and respectful at all times throughout the move. I would use them again 1000%. Sincerely appreciate everything they did for us!

We were incredibly impressed with Rigo's helpers, Jacob and Javier. They were friendly, respectful, and willing to help in every way. We only hired them for two hours, so we wondered if they might drag their feet to extend the time, but they hit the ground running! They did not waste a single moment and after each item they packed they asked "what's next?" Nothing was too big or difficult to pack, and they managed to fill nearly every inch of the POD. We thought we had too much stuff for the 8 ft POD, but they tied everything in so compactly (and yet safely so nothing could be damaged) that we were shocked to still have lots of space left over! They helped us go through things that we had not yet prepared and they got them quickly prepared and puzzled into the extra space. Somehow they managed to finish this enormous job in two hours to the minute! We couldn't think of anything else to pack by that time! They even helped us clean up the "staging" area before they left. They were AWESOME help! We will not hesitate to hire them again. They were worth EVERY PENNY!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
We are a professional moving company where our clients always come first. Our customers can expect an amazing job outcome by our movers because we are trained and have the proper materials needed for the job.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our customers can expect a well prepared crew with all the materials needed for their move. They can also expect to be stress free during their move because of how reliable our movers are.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Customers should prepare for the day of the move depending on what services they get/want. We reccomend that clients remove clothing from drawers, wardrobes, etc, to make the items less heavy for our movers. Always label your boxes. We also recommend to speak with our project manager about materials needed for the job to have them ready for the day of the move. Lastly, feel free to ask questions with our project manager about any concerns to be informed on what to do the day of the move.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our favorite part of being a mover is seeing the relief on our clients face after getting the job done. We love being able to make our clients move stress free as much as possible.
What training do you provide your crew members?
We provide all of our employees with a one month training program at our head quarters to help them gain experience by teaching them good communication skills, how to pack fragile items into boxes, move heavy items using the proper equipment, stack the trucks or containers using every inch of space, etc.
