The BB guys that I hired to unload my moving truck that had just arrived from Florida were very friendly, courteous, and hard working. They handled all of my belongings with great care and got everything moved into my house much faster than I anticipated. They communicated with me during the entire process and made sure to put everything in the right room instead of just dumping it wherever they wanted. I never once saw them sneaking a break to check their phones (which is unbelievable at this day and age lol). I would definitely hire them again!

The two guys that showed up were obviously homeless and they smelled terrible. Enough to want to make you throw up. One guy was old and was struggling with my small move which was done in an hour, and still had to pay for two hours. I will never use this service again. This was a terrible experience.

Hired two gentlemen for three hours to load and unload. They both did a fantastic job, we actually went over by almost a half hour and was not charged extra. Obviously I made sure to tip them for this. BB's moving with care was a life saver for us.

They were a little behind but called me ahead of time to relay that information.
3 men were pleasant and courteous. Only had to move a sailboat from one trailer on to another trailer. Only needed them for 47 minutes! Easy job, but couldn't have done it without them.

All of my guys are seasoned vets in this particular field but we still refresh yourself oh how to use equipment via YouTube
