I was rescheduled 2 hrs later then on the day they were two hours late on top of the rescheduling. The gentleman were great but they did leave a gouge on my door frame. I don’t know if I’d hire them again

Did not pack as request, they just dumped everything inside and did not listen to any of my instructions. I had straps available and specially told them to use it, but did not even bother. They were arguing to me and broke a solar light, i did warn them about how they were using the dolly. They were not even professional towards me.

While BB’s movers were helpful, it took them much longer to do the job than expected. This is not the first time I’ve moved and used movers and it has never taken them this long. While they started off fast, they got slower as they went to the point where I and the manager began helping. This also caused me way more overtime than I expected. They also were not super careful with the furniture and fragile items. Sometimes the guys even stopped to take smoke breaks. For the money paid, I expected the quality of service to be better. I probably would not use them again.

They cracked my 10,000 entrainment center glass didn’t even address it . They didn’t listen weren’t organized my boyfriend did more work than them I should have gotten money back after two hours I paid three . Horrible

All of my guys are seasoned vets in this particular field but we still refresh yourself oh how to use equipment via YouTube
