Hello good evening! I received your email I'm sadly to inform you that I do not owe any payment per the owner in which I do have all calls recorded from him starting that. Due to his workers never took down my bed I'm in my home without an bedroom set & my daughter Does not have her bedroom set either it's in another room in a different part of the house that she don't suppose to be in. His worker spent 2 hours throughout the time arguing with me on how hes not going to take down my bed or sofa. After he was bragging on how many year he been doing this kind of work.Than turn right around and get to my furniture and refuses to disassemble it .They also broke apart of my treadmill, scratched up my table in my living room, scratched up my son's desk, broke my daughter's mirror and I was still polite to them even though they look like two drug addicts which I was scared that they was or maybe could break back into my home afterwards;But at the same time one of them was really sweet. Keep in mind I do have them on camera.My kids had to lift & do the moving also. My contract was for them to assemble and disassemble and that did not get done at all. After Is speaking with the owner Brandon he told me to take the damages up with the insurance that comes with the moving service he also told me that I didn't have to pay for additional timing Due to his worker's negligence then we get to the destination and he changes his story. His worker refused to get out of the car and do any work. as I told him over the phone When he decided to change the story once we got to our destination to pay for additional hours I proceeded to tell him if that would be the caseI will need for him to go back to my home take down my bed his employers did not disassemble bring my bring my bed out here to my new residence take my daughter bed that she did not get because they didn't want to assemble/disassemble and give her bedroom set to her. Keep in mind I'm in my new place on the floor thanks too BB'moving company When I was at the home I did send it over and a text reporting about his employer's negligence and I sent pictures he refused to even come out to the home or send out any new workers inwhich I may bring a lawsuit against his company.

and we could not fully disassembled the bed because of stripped screws then at the end of job after working 7 hours for you you refuse to pay cussing my crew out again and pulled off only thing that was reported broke was a mirror that your daughter broke herself after trying to get the payment several times within multiple weeks we are now being accused us of breaking all kinds of items so you can try to get out of paying us I understand moving can be stressful but your conduct and abused to my crew was truly unacceptable

Great people, arrived early and completed the task super quickly. These guys are professionals and hard workers who have been doing this for YEARS and know their stuff. I had questions on wrapping a glass tabletop and they were very helpful. Would 100% hire them for future moves!

They arrived on time and were accommodating with my request for two extra hours of work, including traveling for 40 miles together with me to unload my stuff at my destination. They worked very hard and did a good job for a local move, having available a truck that offered generous space.
