Truck was terribly packed, many items arrived at destination scratched & a couple broken. Movers on other end said it was the worst packing job they have ever seen. They also put a 12” gouge in a wall & was not going to tell me until I pointed it out.

They showed up early and with an additional guy with no extra charge. So I thought it was going to be great. The truck is so horribly packed we had to throw away some belongs because not only our whole 26 foot truck was packed full with stuff THROWN into the truck, both our suvs were packed to the fullest it could be. Disappointed that it cost 400 for that and I sat in my 900sqft townhouse and just cried.

I don't typically write reviews, but honestly, I don't think I would use them again. They showed up 45 minutes prior to the "arrival" window, so I was glad we already had the truck ready to go! Not a bad thing necessarily. They removed all of the covers I had bought and put on our couches and mattresses because they claimed they couldn't get a good grip on them. I've moved 4 other times in the last 6 years and no other moving company had that issue. Then the fabric on one of our couches ripped trying to get it out of the door. Didn't say anything to us about it. Many of our tables and dressers have scratches from the move, some substantial. This was disappointing considering there were moving blankets I had rented that were still in the packaging, sitting in the truck unused when the move was over.
I will say, they did work hard. They were respectful, nice guys, just could have used some more guidance on how to properly place and protect items inside the truck.

All of my guys are seasoned vets in this particular field but we still refresh yourself oh how to use equipment via YouTube
