Our movers were early and efficient! They helped me move everything from a second floor apartment to a nearby storage unit. They were able to get it done in 2 hours and even helped me move a few extra things around afterwards. These guys did a great job - I’d recommend using them for any move in the Chicagoland area!

I hired 4 helpers for 4 hours to empty 3 POD containers into our new home. They worked great the first 2 hours. Seemed to rush through the 3rd hour putting boxes in wrong rooms. They did not assist in reassembly of any furniture. I had pre-paid for 4 hours of labor and they rushed through to get done in 3 hours. They would not refund any money for the last hour that they didn’t need. They did not take special care to avoid walls as I found some scrapes after they left.

They showed up over an hour early and refused to stay past the three hours I had prepaid for despite coming so early. This did not give me time to start unlocking my seven pods and remove the small items and boxes from the front to give better access to furniture.
The two young (maybe 18, possibly younger) moved slow and did not have the strength to move many of my items. The one mover disappeared to my bathroom for over 20 minutes. They broke an antique bed frame and ripped off all the handles to my mattress and didn't tell me.

The two individuals who came and packed my furniture were very professional! They made sure everything was moved safely and packed efficiently into the POD I used. They also ensure I had some room left over to put more boxes in the POD over the next few days. Would absolutely recommend!

They were nice and respectful, but they did not pack my furniture correctly. I bought blankets, but they only used a few. When I unpacked my pod, almost all of my furniture was damaged. Most is not fixable. I will definitely not use this company again.
