Packed the POD carefully and well. Took care in moving stuff out of the house without any damage. I would be happy having them arrive for the next and final POD in a couple of months.

The 2 guys had no idea what they were doing. Damaged my couch, dresser, door, and hallway walls. The AllStar representative sent out "help" barely let me get a word in and was dismissive when I told him my concerns. Him and his crew left 30 minutes before the job was done. Not worth the money and I'm literally in the negative considering the damage they did.
I briefly considered that maybe I just had a really hard move and didn't know it, but when I moved to my new apartment (much tighter stairways and hallways) the movers who were actual professionals completed this move no problem. It really was just AllStar movers that were really inexperienced and reckless.

They were very hard workers and very nice. However they keep knocking over my boxes and were careless with my stuff. I witnessed them completely destroy a wooden living room chest trying to get it out of the door!!!!

Also, damaged my long dresser. 2 big chunks out of the side at the top. Very disappointing.
