Attn: We require all televisions to be placed in the original box or a tv box needs to be purchased us. We will not load or transport televisions without them being in a box. We will require a signature that we are not responsible for damages to televisions if they are not boxed. Our rates reflect our quality of service. As moving labor gets more competitive new labor providers drop their rates lower and lower to compete. Our experience and quality are second to none. As usual, hiring professionals pays off. They were able to get far more into my 26’ moving van than I ever could have. It was professional moving van Jenga. I was able to fit everything despite my fears of having to leave a lot of my possessions behind. Each of the three guys had a particular expertise and the job was completed in the time estimated. Worth the cost.

First of I booked a 4 man crew for 3 hours. 2 pods. 3 guys showed up which naturally was going to make the job take longer than normal. 1 of the workers quit mid shift, leaving only 2 guys working. They showed up at 4:30pm and didn't finish until 2am. The owner texted me several times yesterday and a couple of times earlier today to coordinate, however he didn't text or call not once while it took his guys nearly 10 hrs to do a 3 to 4 hour job. Im extremely unhappy amd dont plan on paying $145hr for an additional 7 hours. Totally unacceptable! The 2 guys that remained working were very professional but extremely frustrated and rightfully so. They were given enough supplies either. I had to doordash supplies totalling $255 from home depot. Shrink wrap, tape, bubble wrap and even a couple of moving blankets! I will never use Morris moving company again.
We messaged you before the crew arrived and explained the situation of having crew members helping in the Hill County area. You could have rescheduled at that point.
The crew showed up and worked until the job was completed. They also brought the requested supplies, that was used in the process of loading. You booked your order online and even during the phone calls you weren’t honest with our rep about the type of furniture you had to be loaded.
We provided 50 disposable blankets, 2 rolls of stretch wrap, tape and rope to secure the pods.. the price as explained will be adjusted based on the size of the crew, but if you are saying you will not pay entirely this will be a matter for our attorney to handle.. You worked these guys for 10 hours and now threatening not to pay isn’t a matter we take lightly.

The guys were very nice and did do a good job, but they were usually loaders and didn’t seem to be used to packing. We were left with a lot of things after they left and some boxes that were half packed.

the gentlemen did a god job of off loading the pods from my driveway. We had two item damaged one was the floor and the wall at the landing to upstairs. The second was my leather couch was damaged looks like due to being dropped on the edge on an exposed edge of the couch. the damage are very noticeable now that the couch was placed in the right spot and boxes were moved from the edge of the couch. - A bit disappointing considering the report and work with the crew.
