The job got done and without damages to the building or our property. That is the most important! Now , one of the movers had a serious attitude problem (Joe? A Caucasian guy with a lot of tattoos). There was a concern if all would fit in the pod. We must have heard 10 times " I am not taking it down unless I know it will fit, because I won't take it back up". Additionally, his rants were laced with profanities (**** that ****, mother****er this or that, ect). Lastly and to cap it, when I nicely asked him to take down one last piece of furniture downstairs, which was not going to fit in the pod but would have been left downstairs for building employees to take, I received a very rough :" I am not your garbage man, take your own trash out!" The way I saw it, the crew was hired to empty the apartment. That is a shame as the other 2 guys were truly nice! That also blew the large tip we had prepared, which was replaced by a measly $40 per mover. So all in all, job got done, but it could have been a nicer experience and profanities don't make things move faster.

Not only was the customer service excellent upfront (they called and arranged a time to work my job in, even though it was outside of their usual delivery period), but the staff were prompt, polite, and hardworking. They were easy to work with and very flexible insofar as listening to my plan, what I wanted to see, then accommodating my request. I would absolutely hire them again, if needed. Great experience, overall.

Moving is stressful enough! I now understand what the Q stands for in Q's Moving. Quality!! My husband and I were heartbroken when we opened our container and discovered that half of our possessions were broken. A totally different company was responsible for shipping our container across the country. Q's were present when we opened our container, and we all discovered the devastation. Q's movers were extremely patient with us and waited (without fee) till we were ready to start our unload. They could see how upset I was over our loss, the movers, on the ground and on the phone, had great compassion. Large items such as our beautiful solid wood "farm" table had two legs snapped off, like a toothpick. My husband's century old oak chest of drawers, which has been in his family for over 50 years was crushed. Metal filing cabinet and several cardboard and plastic boxes were completely destroyed. As you can imagine our unload took longer as our spirits were as crushed as our boxes. Q's compassion was heartwarming, not only the guys that helped us move, but Tony in the office, and his staff called us several times during the next couple of days to check in! I am hoping we don't have to make another move for several years, but for anyone reading this, I recommend Q's, Moving Corp, from HireAHelper, with complete 100% satisfaction. They went over and above our expectations. Thank you All, Tony, John, D, Ray, Basil, Rashine, and Louis! You guys Rock!

These guys did an AMAZING job. We'd had a previous good experience with Q's, but this managed to top it. We were having trouble with the delivery of the moving pod (which the Q's crew was going to unload). Both the crew and the manager at Q's were perfectly understanding and worked to help us coordinate with HaH. In the end, the moving pod arrived a half an hour into the scheduled period, but the crew worked so efficiently that we didn't end up requiring any extra time. We had to double park during the unload, which they did quickly, but while still taking care with our things. A+ experience during a stressful move!
