I hired Q's to help load a POD I had booked for delivery in Manhattan and overall, was very impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism of those managing the operation. Would highly recommend to anyone! . As is to be expected in NYC, there happened to be a (last-minute) shoot for a TV show at the exact date/time of my move. The container was parked about a block away from my apartment but the crew took this in stride and managed to finish my job in the time I had booked. They even came prepared with tape and blankets in case they needed to repack/pack anything. The driver supervising the container even mentioned these guys packed the container like pros. The company also doesn't nickel and dime you - after I booked I got a call from Qs suggesting I hire a third person, which ended up being exactly right. 1 of the 3 people showed up ~30 minutes late (parking issues due to the TV show being filmed!) and the company proactively offered to adjust the cost of the service without my asking.

The representatives I spoke with from Q's Moving Corp were communicative and helpful, and the 3 gentlemen they sent were friendly, professional and extremely efficient! They packed an amazing amount of stuff into our POD storage container, and I would highly recommend their services. They weren't the cheapest option I found, but I believe this industry is particularly a "get what you pay for" situation, and it was absolutely worth the money for a hassle-free loading process.

The guys from Q's helped me unload a PODS container, so they didn't need much in the way of supplies, but they did take great care of my belongings and were extremely mindful of the tight-ish staircase up to my new apartment. The movers and the two other people with whom I spoke on the phone prior to my appointment were all extremely polite and, honestly, I'm grateful for that interaction while completing a move I didn't really want to make in the first place. The guys called when they were nearby and actually arrived slightly early. I will almost certainly call them again to help when I move again. Thank you!
