Q's Moving did such an amazing job! The crew arrived EARLY and immediately started working! They were like machines taking almost no breaks for 4 hours. The wrapped everything waaaay better than I even would have for my own stuff and expertly packed it into our PODS. Each crew member was very respectful and worked extremely hard. They loaded our entire house in just less than 4 hours!! I have never used a moving company before to help load but if I can always get the type of service I did from Q's than I will never load myself again!!!

I'm always skeptical when I read 5-star reviews but I'm about to write one to add to their perfect status. Dudley and Sion provided such an incredible service that I couldn't wait to add my glowing review and recommendation for them. I told my wife that "it was the best money I ever spent today."
Everything was great: As promised, he called me to let me know that they were en route. Showed up and introduced themselves. Surveyed the situation and began loading the truck. Less than two hours later they were done. So impressive!
Truly if I could tell my friends about these guys I would. Next best is to tell this story in this review and hope that you find it. These guys rock! You will not be disappointed.

We went with Q's even though they were quite a distance from us. I confirmed our appointment on the phone and requested experienced packers since we were driving across the country. They missed their arrival window because they put the wrong address into their GPS. 8-9 turned to 9:30 before they arrived. We feel like we were made to do a lot of the work. For instance, when a dolly was brought to the truck, a mover would take abox and put it on the truck. Then I would take a box to do the same, but the mover would grab it from me. Now I am bending to lift heavy boxes and he is just turning and placing them on the truck. They also had no rope as we requested, and I had to run to Home Depot. The big problem however was with Daryl, who, whenever questioned, said "trust me." We wrapped everything great and had two dozen blankets. Despite being asked to use them, he repeatedly said they were not necessary and to trust him. Two pieces arrived damaged because there was no padding. We also asked him to unpack a bit to find our TV because it had to be topside up. He got very agitated and argumentative, not wanting to do it and making fun of us for worrying. The TV turned out to be on its side which would have ruined it. The rest of the move was very uncomfortable as he kept bringing up the fact that he had to unpack to find the TV. I called the company as soon as they left to report our wxperience. The owner apologized and said he would compensate me (which was not the goal of my call), but he wanted me to contact him after I arrived. Why not do it now? Why not call ME in a week? I never heard from him. I wish our experience had been 5 star like others.
