The two gentlemen who came to my home from Q's moving, Ray and Bird were excellent! They were efficient, courteous and totally professional in every way. The movers were scheduled to come at 9-10am and showed up at 9:10am which was appreciated, until they called their boss and told them their "9am start time". They were very respectful of my things and very efficient. The one issue was at the end, one mover disappeared for 25minutes. He claimed he got in an elevator that took forever, however during his absence, their van got a ticket and since he wasn't answering his cellphone and had the car keys, they got a parking ticket. It was pretty suspicious but at the end of the day, they finished the job in 2 hours and did a good job making each trip in the elevator full of my items and efficient.

I hired a different company to help load and was not impressed, thankfully I hired Q's Moving Corp to help unload. The two guys showed up on time and they were prepared with all the necessary equipment. They took great care of our items, wrapping them safely for unloading. They worked well together and stayed extra to make sure we got everything unloaded in the time frame I needed. Would definitely use them again.

They arrived on time and loaded the POD. The problem i have now that the POD was delivered is the door cannot be opened as they jammed in my mattress. POD's now has to send someone and actually cut the door to allow my unpackers to remove my items.....which is delaying my moving into my new home
