Leroy and his crew arrived on time, were corteous and extremely careful offloading, moving the furniture inside the house without bumping the walls and patient accomodating requests for locating each item; would work with them again

David and his colleague were absolute professionals and were very efficient helping me move units. They were able to seamlessly take apart my big furniture and put it together where it was wanted in my new units. Very friendly and they were there to make sure everything was moved and in the right place.

The guys were a great help and got done extremely quick. They also used up way less space in the truck than I had planned, which is great - now we get the savings from upack. Highly reccomend.

These two movers arrived promptly and immediately went to work. They worked super hard, efficiently, and were polite and thoughtful. Packing a pod requires a different strategy than just loading a truck and they were good at repositioning and resetting already packed items. I appreciate the amount of dedication they put into this work. I would recommend them and use them again.

We hired Victor and team to load a Pod for us. They came ready to work and wasted no time. It was hot and we had a lot of stuff but they did a great job. I was very impressed with the professional loading of the Pod. Amazing how much they fit. They were on time and communicated with me on arrival time. Overall they were a pleasure to work with and would highly recommend.

Step by Step did a great job unpacking our POD! Alex was the lead on the job and was very polite & helpful with everything. All items were handled with care and I would definitely use them in the future if ever needed.

Daniel & Alonso were great! Worked hard and fast — yet were very careful and conscientious with everything. Daniel even came equipped with tools to help with assembling beds and furniture. Now if can just find the remotes for the adjustable bed, hardware for King bed frame and the TV TiVo and Roku, things start feeling almost normal as I acclimate to a new living situation here in TX

Eric and Kevin did great under the sweltering heat. The loading of my pod wasn't very straightforward but they did their best to get it done. They were very punctual as well. My only recommendation for Promove in general would be to make it part of their system to call a week or a day before to confirm again with the client the date and time. Other than that, it was a good experience

Should have called them directly. Instead PODS recommended hire a helper. A company that was the middle man. More expensive and I didn’t need them. But True Life was excellent.
