I called around noon on a Tuesday and was so surprised they said they could be over to help between 2-3 that same day. The two gentlemen we're on time, prepared and professional in relocating 2 large antiques and helped lay out 6 area rugs. They were polite and took exceptional care in their work. The two guys who were just at our house to unload our moving truck were on time, professional, friendly, and courteous. ** Note** I almost read too much into the couple of less than 5 star reviews, but then saw they had mostly 5's. Having had my own business I'm well aware that some people look for reasons to be negative. So I decided to hire them. Their price listed on the site was at least $80 less than some others! We drove from GA with a tightly packed rental truck, and hired them to unload it, and we were specific about where and how things were handled and placed. They came fully prepared, handled our things with respect and care, honored any requests about placement, etc. Cannot understand why anyone would give anything other than a stellar review. These guys were great and I'd absolutely hire them again. Jon and I am sorry but cannot recall the other fellows name, but he's from NY. Very nice. Don't hesitate to hire them.

John and his helper did an awesome job. They arrived on time had their own moving equipment and worked the entire contracted time. HireAHelper should have some responsibility for running criminal background checks on the people on their site. My husband had told John and Mark NOT to touch any of the artwork on the walls. One very valuable items, an antique mirror worth about $2000 was taken off the wall and wrapped in one tiny blanket. Needless to say the frame broke and is now worthless. John played his music so loud, some head banger music, that we finally had to tell him to not play it in the house. They were far from respectful of our property. My husband had to retrieve a $300 survival suit that they were using to stuff in between some furniture. We told them to stay out of the back bedroom and of course I found Mark grabbling things from there. I have read John's replays to negative feed back and he always has an excuse but believe me when I say DO NOT HIRE THESE workers. When you talk to John on the phone he will agree that the work will only take X amount of hours but as soon as he walks in he says it will be double the time but he will make you a deal and not go through HireAHelper cutting your cost by $50. He is a fast talking flim flam man that actually gives no discount. Now go ahead, John, deny everything I have said but we know you are a lier.

They were a little late but that was understandable because we live in a new development and the area does not come up on GPS. They had the tools they needed to get job completed and on time. They also took great care with our items and our walls, not to mark or ding anything. We would be more than happy to use their service again.
