Not only did John and his partner call to let me know they would be able to come 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected (which made our day!) But they were fantastic at moving everything from our trailer! Fast, safe, professional men. I was nervous before today, and now I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them instantly to anyone looking for great help! They are terrific!!!!

Movers arrived 20 minutes late with no curtesy call. very poor and negative attitude with lot of complaining. lot of smoke breaks and time standing around idle. took 4 hours to fill 3/4 of a large pod b/c the one guy wanted to stack the pod "perfectly." i would have wanted someone who was faster and pack efficiently. he also complained that having 24 packing blankets wouldn't be enough to cover my items therefore I would have to be okay with my furniture getting scratched. After 4 hours of packing, there were still 18 pads unused. we initially hired for 2 hours but they were able to stay longer per our request to get more things done. I also disappointed that i requested for master bedroom furniture and TV stand be priority for loading first and after 4 hours, they still hadn't load all 4 of those pieces. I had to call friends to help me finish loading the pods b/c I didn't think these workers were worth the money I was paying them. bottom line - i would not recommend them to anyone.

Blah blah blah... who you going to believe? Me with hundreds of 5 star reviews or someone whos simply angry because she had to let go of a little bit of money for something that shouldve paid more. For 1 we dont even smoke and another it wasnt about being perfect it was about getting it all to fit...let alone the fact she wouldve put in a claim if anything so much as had a scratch on it. There's only 1 way to do this very hard work everyday and maintain the reputation i have, the right way and
