They were great once they arrived. The original schedule was for 8:00 AM and the the possibility of another job came up and they finally arrived at 4:00 PM. Once here, they did a good job. They were courteous, efficient and generally positive.

I was very happy with the team of John and Hartman and would highly recommend them for packing or unloading your furniture. They arrived on time and completed the job in 2 hours as quoted. They are hard workers and very helpful.

John and his crew were excellent! Much beget than movers i had before. They carefully packed everything. I was worried everything wouldn't fit and we had room to spare. Everything was secured. They tied it in. They wrapped everything. Previous movers broke things. John and his crew were very careful., polite, hard workers. Finished in less time than anticipated. They were on time.

The gentleman I spoke with, John, was not the most pleasurable person to deal with. We spoke two days prior and he told me that he had double booked for the 8 am time frame. We concluded that he would be there at 6 am in order to complete my job and be able to get to the other job in a timely manner. On the day of work no one had shown by 6 am so I called around 6:30 am and he told me that he was supposed to be there at 7 am. We went back and forth on the time and he was being nasty about it so I just let it go. I remember it being 6 am because I had scheduled a cleaning service for 10 am, giving me a 2 hour window to finish up whatever else needed to be done. He showed up at 7:15 am. In my mind, he was already an hour and fifteen minutes late but he was still fifteen minutes late but I digress. John's help was a really nice guy and would've preferred to deal with him but "John was the boss." John was standing around "organizing" in the truck a lot more than he was carrying items out and packing. The job ended up taking three hours, could've been done in two hours if John wasn't standing around. John didn't seem to respectful of our time or my property. When we were finishing up he was very admit about getting paid and was sort of nasty about it. I would never recommend John to anyone for his services. I would however recommend his helper, I wish I could remember his name!

Professional, on-time, pleasant, and hard workers. I scheduled a group of 3 people for 3.5 hours to help me move into a 6 bedroom home on 2 levels. My move was difficult and included a pool table, recumbent bike and treadmill. Each of these extremely unwieldy items had to moved to the 2nd floor around a corner while going up the stairs. These guys were perfect and got the job done without even a smudge on my walls or furniture. Great job and I will use them again for sure.
