John and Levi were on time and ready to go. They needed a little bit more communication between them. They were respectful of my property but I still ended up with broken large items. They worked hard for the first hour and then slowed way down and took twice as long. My items were packed and ready as to why I requested 2 hours and they ended up taking 4 1/2 hours. Nice guys but I feel I was taken advantage of.

The two men who helped me were extremely kind and worked hard but carefully to help me unload my furniture into my new apartment. Very efficient! Only thing I might suggest is an option for quick moves where you might be able to pay for 1 hour instead of 2 at minimum since my move was pretty quick. Would definitely recommend however! Thank you!
