The man John had an inexcusable hot temper and bad attitude that created upset and chaos throughout the whole move. He used incredibly foul language in presence of children. And when co worker addressed him after my child questioned why he was cursing at him, John stated that "the kid doesn't know what he's talking about". In meanwhile, I was within earshot and couldn't believe what he was saying. John degraded his co worker with no regard to his person or efforts. Called him " useless" and " brainless". I felt bad for the man. They both came close to a physical altercation and I had to intercept the argument. They did not work as a team. John didn't allow for teamwork. He was abrasive, hasty, handled my items with aggressiveness, which ended up in him hurting himself. Did not listen to my requests. Many items were broke or damaged. I've never in all my moving experiences ( and there is many) experience such unprofessional behavior. I absolutely hated paying for this service. And I wished I knew of my options because I would have told them to leave. Gratuity was withheld.

The team was on time, there were 2 gentlemen. One Kivious was very respectful great attitude and a hard worker. John which seems to be the owner has a truly bad attitude and just was uncomfortable to deal with him and his snarky comments. I also didn't like how he treated Kivious the employee that was helping him. In conclusion, they did get the job done but the experience wasn't the best I am a paying customer and I expect at least a decent attitude.

Even though 1/2 hour late because of traffic, John and Kevious were the BEST! Totally unloaded and placed where I requested in the storage unit. Would definitely use them again.

Not only did John and his partner call to let me know they would be able to come 2 1/2 hours earlier than expected (which made our day!) But they were fantastic at moving everything from our trailer! Fast, safe, professional men. I was nervous before today, and now I wouldn't hesitate to use them again or recommend them instantly to anyone looking for great help! They are terrific!!!!
