First let me say I own a moving company and things happen. The guys were 1 1/2 hours late. They came from Richmond VA to Charlottesville VA. That explains the lateness. The owner did show up and worked. Once the owner and my husband took over no problems.
These guys are rockstars. They moved us into our 1 bedroom apartment in 90 minutes and even when we tried to help them, they told us to sit down and relax. Both movers were incredibly kind and respectful, and when our lease is up next year, we’ll be calling them for help again!
Overall, I'm just satisfied with the job. One of the men that came to help was seemingly lazy. They did leave my walls dirty and didn't offer to pay or clean them. I say we got what we paid for.
These guys were awesome! They were there to help us unload our U-Haul truck. We were running late because our first movers (one way move) were running late. They agreed to stay past the hours that they regularly provide service and they unloaded our truck quickly in professionally. Not a scratch on our stuff. And pleasant attitude all the way!!!!

I was very pleased with Lewis Moving Service. They arrived on time, prepared for the job, and worked very diligent to ensure that the job was completed on time. I was attempted to assist with unloading; however, I was told to get away from the truck. :) All three movers were very respectful of my property and goods. The crew did what matters. They arrived, unpacked the truck in a timely fashion, and took care of our stuff. They were friendly and accommodating as we asked for items to be carried to their correct parts of the house. When we were running close to our scheduled time, they worked quickly to meet the time.
