Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They showed up right at 9am ready to work. They expertly got some big furniture pieces down 3 flights of narrow stairs (including helping disassemble the bigger pieces), and helped us pack a truck in a way as to avoid shifting or damaging anything. I had a few boxes that I asked them to take extra care of, which they did! Nothing was damaged in the move. It was tough work on a hot day, but they are total professionals. They had a sense of humor and a good attitude which definitely helps as well. Left a big tip and totally worth it. Highly recommended!

The movers were on time and finished within the allotted time. A third mover tagged along - without him, I’m not sure if the move would’ve been completed in time, as one of the other movers seemed a bit new to the job.
They handled my items with care, and my items made it safely to my new locations.

The guys were great. They moved us into a fifth floor apartment on an obnoxiously hot day, and had it done quickly and with no problems. They were also very gentle with everything, not one thing even got bumped, including furniture. Thanks for the move, will surely use these guys again.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
