Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. This team worked so well together, and got so much of our stuff into a small u-haul box truck. Very respectful and kept masks on the whole time. Good communication and worked fast. Would definitely call them again in the future.

Let me tell you.. these guys were worth every last cent and then some.
1. Amazing spacial awareness. They got everything in the truck (which I didn't think possible) without breaking or even scratching a thing.
2. One piece of furniture needed to be taken apart to get out of the building. Instead of leaving it, they took it apart for me, handed me all the screws, and got it out of the building in less than 10 minutes.
3. Super nice, fast, friendly, and professional.

The crew was on time, friendly and diligent. Very happy with PROMOVE service. The move took a little bit longer than anticipated and we paid for additional half an hour. The crew was professional and wore masks / respected 6 foot distance the entire time.

Amazing service. These guys showed up on time, worked their butts off. No only did they have to move a family’s worth of stuff, but had to shovel snow to get from the building to the truck a day after a blizzard.

Alex and Courtney were amazing! They finished moving everything in our 2 bedroom, second-floor walkup in under two hours, and they were so nice, considerate, and a joy to be around. Our couch took an hour to move in when we bought it, and these guys got it out and in the truck in about 10 minutes. And have to give a shout out to the way they packed the truck. We were only able to get a 24-foot truck (yikes!) and they packed it so well that nothing had moved an inch when we opened it back up after a 7-hour drive. Promove was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful move. Thank you!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
