Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Our team, Eric and Rob, arrived early and finished packing our Uhaul for us half an hour early. They were extremely professional, FAST, and packed our truck very well - nothing got broken or damaged in transit. They made a pretty stressful move so much easier. Really great experience. Received a call the morning of the move to confirm and then later on was told they'd be ready earlier if I was available. No waiting around, great communication, and really fast but careful and professional during the move. I needed help unloading a truck. Highly recommend.

Alex and Courtney arrived on time and worked quickly and efficiently despite snow flurries. Made quick work of loading the contents of my one bedroom apartment into my rented cargo van. They took care with my belongings and nothing was damaged. They went up and down the stairs of the 3rd floor walkup over and over without complaint. Finished well within the planned 2 hours.
This was the second time I used ProMove, and I would heartily recommend them based on two very positive experiences!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
