Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Cortney was an absolute professional from the get-go. Even though I was late to arrive, Cortney assured me that he would wait and made me feel at ease. Upon arrival, Cortney was ready with a dolly and immediately began moving the items. As I had multiple stops to pick up items, Cortney was most helpful with pick up of each item. When unloading, Cortney was quick and efficient. He is a true professional and an extremely hard worker, I would absolutely book again because of Cortney.

Alex and Courtney were amazing!! They arrived on time and had no problem meeting me at the location that car share service drivers had difficulty navigating to. They were prepared and geared up to get right to the job of unloading my 15' Uhaul truckload into a storage unit. They were very careful with my things, even telling me to be careful when accessing my storage unit to take care of my glass coffee tabletop to the right of the entrance. They worked very hard. They were strategic in how they unloaded the truck, which items and boxes were taken to the unit first, and Courtney applied his master tetris-ing skills in organizing everything in the storage unit. I would absolutely use them again. In fact, when I move out of my unit in the next few months, I will be requesting them!

These guys were absolutely fabulous! I was a nervous wreck having never done such a big move before, they showed up early, ready, worked very hard and effortlessly handled every item they moved with absolute care. They were fast, efficient, extremely kind and patient with me and all my questions. My anxious nerves very quickly calmed down into a calm sense of comfort that all my precious pieces were in very capable and caring hands. I did not think all of my stuff would fit into the POD I had rented, so had allocated items to stay behind, but their brilliant minds managed to fit EVERYTHING! I had 3 feet of space to spare thanks to their clever (yet still very careful) packing skills. Amazing!!! Truly amazing. Massive thanks are due to Raheem and Court for such a remarkable job - thank you so so much for all your help!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
