Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. Alex and Courtney were amazing! They finished moving everything in our 2 bedroom, second-floor walkup in under two hours, and they were so nice, considerate, and a joy to be around. Our couch took an hour to move in when we bought it, and these guys got it out and in the truck in about 10 minutes. And have to give a shout out to the way they packed the truck. We were only able to get a 24-foot truck (yikes!) and they packed it so well that nothing had moved an inch when we opened it back up after a 7-hour drive. Promove was a bright spot in an otherwise very stressful move. Thank you!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about the movers that helped me move out of my 4th floor walk-up. They were professional, efficient, friendly & careful with my things. They even sent an extra mover free of charge because of the 4 flights of stairs. I had an issue with my storage truck delivery (unrelated to this company), but the movers did everything they could to efficiently move my stuff while we waited for the truck. I can’t thank them enough & cannot recommend them enough!

This guys were amazing! they had to move heavy furniture up to the 4th floor with no elevator. They were professionals, helpful and a pleasure to work with!

I only requested 2 helpers but was told 3 were going to show up. 2 out of the 3 men were 20mins late. All 3 men could not get the last item into the apartment which was a couch so we had to end up using our super to get the couch in. Over all they got the job done quick but at the very end there was a lot of arguing and complaining about the couch not fitting when in fact it did fit.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.

We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
