Relocation with PROMOVE
Your experienced movers are mostly Actors, Singers, Musicians and Artists supplementing our income. On time, efficient, careful & courteous. Never a "stairs fee" or any hidden fees. We strive to provide 5 star service on every move. We are careful who we send into your home, around your family and to handle your property, we offer background checked helpers, checked through Hireahelper. INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. We really enjoyed our experience with these movers. It was our first time having movers so I don’t know if this was to be expected or not but a couple of our packages had what looked to be foot prints on them and our fragile boxes didn’t seem to be handled with a ton of caution. We have still yet to unpack so we’re not sure how the contents of our boxes are however we were happy with the speed and timeliness of our movers as well as how kind they were. They also follow all Covid handling procedures very well as well.

Great job by the move-in team. The two team members showed up early : ) and got right to work after scouting out the move plan. They were impressively efficient and courteous, clearly knowing we wanted to be done quickly to move the truck out of the parking situation we had it in on the streets of Manhattan. A great investment to get us through yet another move. Bravo and well done.

Let me tell you.. these guys were worth every last cent and then some.
1. Amazing spacial awareness. They got everything in the truck (which I didn't think possible) without breaking or even scratching a thing.
2. One piece of furniture needed to be taken apart to get out of the building. Instead of leaving it, they took it apart for me, handed me all the screws, and got it out of the building in less than 10 minutes.
3. Super nice, fast, friendly, and professional.

The crew was on time, friendly and diligent. Very happy with PROMOVE service. The move took a little bit longer than anticipated and we paid for additional half an hour. The crew was professional and wore masks / respected 6 foot distance the entire time.

Amazing service. These guys showed up on time, worked their butts off. No only did they have to move a family’s worth of stuff, but had to shovel snow to get from the building to the truck a day after a blizzard.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Your move date is set! Contact for details and any necessary instructions
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We always show up! On time arrival within the first 20 minutes of the one hour window, with an experienced, professional and courteous crew.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please have items packed and ready to go (large boxes not too heavy please), furniture blankets to protect your stuff, appropriate size truck for the move. Then wooosah! we got you, you're things are in capable hands.
What types of moves have you handled?
Local, Long distance, Office, Commercial, Specialty moves (larger & fragile medical equipment).
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
No gym membership needed, we get paid to exercise. Our worksite is different everyday & we interact with new people.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Two weeks of moving technique (lifting, turning, angles), teamwork, pacing, basic disassembly/reassembly and materials handling as well as customer service is our basic training. Then more experienced movers ( Courtney, Eric, Yusef, Azar, Ken) have advanced training for loading moving vans.
